We have extensive experience in refinery separation process. We can provide a variety of innovative solutions, efficient and reliable operations.
We also provide reliable services for the ethylene plant in pumps, compressors and turbines.
Ethylene comes from Ethylene Plant. Naphtha is sent to cracking furnaces to pyrolyze into charge gas, and then charge gas is subject to oil cooling and water cooling. Cooled charge gas is directed into compressor for pressurization, then sent to cold box for cryogenic separation, and fed into demethanizer and deethanizer. Deethanizer overhead gas is first sent to acetylene hydrogenation reactor and dryer, and finally sent to ethylene distillation column, where ethylene monomer is withdrawn as side stream and sent to its storage tanks.
